Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) andSpeech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) to provide
in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.

Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, this role offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful, one-on-one care while helping children build lifelong skills.
As a
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA), you will play a critical role in improving communication, independence, and overall quality of life for pediatric patients.
What You'll Do- Provide evidence-based care in the home and community
- Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans (Speech Language Pathologist / SLP)
- Implement treatment plans under supervision (Speech Language Pathologist Assistant / SLPA)
- Deliver interventions targeting speech, language, cognitive, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional development
- Educate and empower families and caregivers
- Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
- Develop home programs to ensure continued progress
- Document all care and services in EMR
- Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
QualificationsRequired:- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license (Texas)
- Current CPR certification
Preferred:- 1+ year of pediatric or home health experience
- Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
