Join our team as a speech-language pathologist, where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients' lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating and treating dysphagia, speech-language disorders, cognitive-communication disorders, and voice disorders. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations

Your Responsibilities as a Speech-Language pathologist
  • Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return to previous level of functioning and successful return to community
  • Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs
  • Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members
  • Build and maintain relationships throughout the community


Qualifications
  • This position is open to both experienced SLPs and CFY candidates looking to start their careers in a collaborative environment.
  • Graduate of a master's degree program in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology
  • Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
  • Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation & Bonus Structure
  • Base Salary: $80,000-100,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
  • Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
