Full Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties of a MeBe Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Implement quality, evidence-based, individualized treatment and group treatment to promote a variety of skills in a fun and naturalistic play setting, as well as parent education and implementation of therapy within telehealth and in-person settings
  • Build and gain rapport with family members, provide parent education to help increase therapy carryover
  • Record objective data to reflect client progress toward goals in daily SOAP notes, complete evaluations and reevaluations
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors
  • Collaborate with MeBe employees and outside professionals
  • Management of a full-time caseload


Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology with ASHA CCCs and State Licensure required
  • Experience of 1-3+ years clinician experience in early intervention treating developmental delays/disabilities following completion of CCC
  • Credentialed with Texas Medicaid preferred
  • Professional, outgoing, warm and friendly demeanor
  • Timely, organized, dependable
  • Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate communication with outside professionals
