Responsibilitiesa0a0

  • Developing and supporting territory sales goals in each hospital and office service area for Similac anda0PediaSure.a0

  • Hospital negotiations and contracting.a0

  • Comprehensive knowledge of all products, clinical studies,a0protocolsa0anda0guidelinesa0as well as the ability to delivera0the informationa0in a selling environment.a0

  • New product launches.a0

  • An understanding of the hierarchy of hospital departments such as NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacies,a0Purchasing, PICU, Nurseries and Nursing units. The ability to work effectively with Dietitians,a0Physiciansa0and Nurses.a0

  • Effective administrative skills.a0

  • Budget management.a0

  • Ability to function independently with a high degree of initiative, independence, and autonomy.a0

  • Desire to be self- motivated,a0seeking outa0success at achieving botha0short and long terma0goals.a0

  • The ideal candidate should reside in Milwaukee, WI

  • This territory covers greater Milwaukee and suburbs up to Green Bay
