We are committed to providing the highest quality, family-centered, and fully integrated care to our community's youngest residents, from infancy through young adulthood.
About the Role:
As a Pediatric Psychiatrist with Core Physicians, you'll be a vital part of an integrated healthcare team. You'll work closely with Primary Care, nursing, care managers, and behavioral health clinicians to provide comprehensive medical and behavioral care. This includes:
- Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for pediatric patients (ages 0-22)
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with a variety of complex psychiatric conditions
- Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications
- Provide weekly Collaborative Care Management caseload consultation to behavioral health care managers
- Provide telephonic or electronic case consultation with primary care providers on patient care plans and treatment decisions, offering psychiatric expertise and guidance
Qualifications and Skills
We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about pediatric mental health and thrives in team-based environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Completed training at an accredited medical college/university with Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Board-certification, or board-eligibility, in pediatric psychiatry
- Experience in Collaborative Care Management (CoCM) or liaison psychiatry
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Ability to flex between outpatient and inpatient settings, as needed

Pay Range: $221,801.00 USD - $317,858.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
