Key Responsibilities- Evaluate pediatric patients to assess physical development and mobility challenges
- Create individualized treatment plans to improve movement, strength, and independence
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (SLPs, OTs, BCBAs)
- Educate families and caregivers on home exercise programs
- Track progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Stay current with latest pediatric physical therapy research and best practices
What We're Looking ForRequired:- Active Physical Therapy License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and families
Preferred:- Pediatric experience (new grads with strong interest welcome!)
