Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy approved by AOTA and licensed in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with children ages 0-3.
• Early Intervention certification with DPH required or must attain it.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred (12% salary differential).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and treatments for children using both individual and group techniques.
• Supervise and collaborate with staff during assessments and interventions.
• Administer client assessments and interpret results as needed.
• Actively participate as part of an interdisciplinary team, attending meetings and case conferences.
• Engage in service coordination efforts alongside team members.
• Prepare and maintain written reports and documentation as required by DPH and agency standards.
• Educate and share resources related to pediatric occupational therapy with parents and staff.
