Position Details:- Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time OT positions available.
- Full-Time Hours: 40 hours/week (flexible options for fewer hours available).
- Full-Time Salary: $79,191.67 - $102,543.06 annually (DOE).
- $3000 Sign on Bonus with a one year commitment!
- Part-Time Pay: $54.81 - $76.96 per client hour (DOE).
- Sign on Bonus pro-rated for part time hours, one year commitment.

What You'll Do: - Provide 1:1 occupational therapy for children and teens (ages 0-21).
- Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans.
- Collaborate closely with caregivers and an interdisciplinary team.
- Offer home strategies and caregiver education to support skill development.
- Stay on top of documentation-our systems help keep it manageable.
What You'll Need: - Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited program.
- Active Oregon OT License.
- CPR certification.
- Pediatric experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.
- Ability to deliver engaging, play-based therapy.
- Positive energy, teamwork mindset, and a love for kids.
- Comfort working in shared therapy spaces.
- Willingness to learn clinic equipment and suspension systems.
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
- High professional accountability and ethical standards.
Additional Responsibilities: - Conduct evaluations for clients ages 0-21.
- Implement treatment plans with creativity and clinical skill.
- Complete timely documentation meeting all insurance and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with care team members.
- Provide resources, guidance, and compassionate support to families.
