Clinical Practice- 17-bed pediatric floor and newborn nursery
- Approximately 2,400 annual deliveries
- Pediatric floor ADC: 5
- Newborn nursery ADC: 15
As Medical Director, You Will- Provide leadership for the pediatric hospitalist program
- Drive quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives
- Support physician and APP recruitment and retention
- Partner with hospital leadership on program development and growth
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture
