Position Summary

As a full-time Associate Pediatric Dentist at Smile Lodge, you will deliver high-quality pediatric dental care with emphasis on preventive dentistry, patient education, and fun, confidence-building experiences for children. You'll collaborate with a passionate clinical team to create a supportive environment for patients, families, and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive pediatric dental services including exams, preventive care (cleanings, fluoride, sealants), restorative treatment, and child-friendly behavior management.
  • Build trusting relationships with young patients and their families by explaining care in a friendly, reassuring way.
  • Promote positive dental experiences that reduce anxiety and cultivate children's confidence.
  • Work closely with hygienists, assistants, and front-desk team to deliver consistent and coordinated care.
  • Educate patients and parents on oral health best practices tailored to each child's needs.

Qualifications
