experienced Pediatric Dentist ready to step into a busy, well-established Albany practice with strong production, excellent staff, and modern systems that support high-level care.
This role is ideal for a clinician who wants consistent earnings, autonomy, and access to advanced technology - without the headaches of ownership.
Compensation & High-Earning Potential- Daily Pay: $1,500 - $1,900 per day (based on experience)
- Consistently earn $1,500+ per day
- Annual Earning Potential:
- Part-Time (2-3 days/week): ~$180,000 - $240,000
- Full-Time (4-5 days/week): ~$300,000 - $350,000+
- Compensation based on percentage of collectible production
Sign-On Bonus- Full-Time: $6,000

Requirements- Active New York Dental License
- Pediatric dentistry experience preferred
- Strong clinical efficiency and patient communication
- Experience with Dentrix (or other dental software) and digital records
