Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, family-owned practice in Pelham, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys practicing in a relationship-driven, predominantly fee-for-service environment with a loyal and established patient base.

What We Offer:- $800 daily guarantee or percentage of collections (whichever is higher).

Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care.
- Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
- Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, extractions, and advanced treatments as appropriate.
- Manage clinical workflows and patient care independently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality care.
- Maintain strong patient relationships and continuity of care.
Qualifications:- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active New York dental license.
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience required.
