Full Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN Pediatrics Remote

As a remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while collaborating virtually with children, families, and interdisciplinary care teams. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while delivering meaningful clinical support and helping improve the lives of children and their families.

Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental diagnoses. We focus on improving communication, social skills, adaptive behavior, emotional regulation, and functional independence through individualized ABA programming, caregiver coaching, and collaborative care. Through telehealth and remote clinical support, you'll play an essential role in delivering accessible, patient-centered ABA services.

Your Role:

  • Model treatment plan implementation through virtual coaching, consultation, and direct client interaction as appropriate to support treatment fidelity and successful outcomes
