Job description
This position contributes to our vision by:
• Interfaces : eWInS SHM deployment coordinator, BU local managers
• Supports the PDM Manager with specific project tasks
• Follow up local business actions
• Follows up implementation of business organization and process changes
• Report progress to BU local management and PDM Manager
• Consolidate and organize local priorities and communicate those to eWins SHM deployment coordinator and PDM manager
• Supervises business deployment team (referents) during local implementation
• Enforces team priorities
• Lead local communication, change management, and training plan
• Plans ahead and allocates capacity to the right projects at the right time.
• Coordinates the define deployment roadmap
• Leads local operational committees
• Regular, predictable attendance is required
• Requires traveling between site and plateau during some phases of the implementation

Candidate skills & requirements

Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 2 to 4 years Experience in engineering processes or an equivalent of education and experience combined.
Knowledge/Skills
• Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook) - Advanced
• Knowledge wiring engineering data-Advanced
• Strong knowledge on local Business processes and organization-Advanced
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
• Lean-Sigma greenbelt preferred
