About the Role

Responsible for managing and maintaining data across multiple systems to support governance and business process activities, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all deliverables. Designs, builds, and maintains dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools to provide visibility into program health, compliance metrics, and operational performance. Develops and manages SharePoint-based solutions including sites, lists, libraries, document management structures, and workflow automations using Power Automate and Power Apps. Supports the Program Manager in planning, tracking, and coordinating governance and business process initiatives across cross-functional teams. Communicates with stakeholders across functions and levels to share information, obtain input, and support decision-making; obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure end products or processes solve business problems. Gathers requirements from stakeholders to design and deliver tools, reports, and process solutions; works on requirements planning, elicitation, and management to ensure they meet demands of key stakeholders. Evaluates and implements emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools, to enhance team productivity, streamline operations, and reduce manual effort. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives; develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving. Creates and maintains documentation for all solutions including user guides, system configurations, and standard operating procedures; prepares materials for governance reviews and leadership meetings. Maintains project schedules, action item trackers, decision logs, and status reports; monitors progress from initiation through delivery and escalates issues as appropriate.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new product development and ongoing lifecycle management of products, processes and therapies.
  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
  • Manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products and processes.
  • Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
  • Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
  • Gathers requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands of project's key stakeholders.
  • Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems.


TECHNICAL SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: An individual contributor with responsibility in our technical functions to advance existing technology or introduce new technology and therapies. Formulates, delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering R&D, systems or initiatives related to new technologies or therapies - from design to implementation - while adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$87,000.00 - $149,000.00
For roles located in California, Seattle WA, Washington DC, Boston MA, and New York City, the salary range is $97,000 - $165,000 USD.

Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, market conditions, internal equity, and geographic location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Short Term Incentive (STI).
