We are looking for someone with experience on PCB design.
Scope
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline design and testing process through advanced, automated design rule checking
Create PCB designs in Cadence Allegro to exercise and validate specific design rules
Partner with the software development team to define and build automated tests
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate design rules against real hardware designs
Develop presentations showcasing example rule violations on PCB designs, and demonstrate the software's ability to correctly flag design issues, for stakeholder review
Technical Requirements
5+ years of experience creating PCB layouts in Cadence Allegro
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated, with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Expected: Familiarity with EMC principles
Expected: Familiarity with DRC tools
Location: Cupertino, CA (work from office/lab 5 days a week)
Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000 a year
