The Accounting Team

Examples of key problems the team is working on
  • Build the financial infrastructure from the ground up (NetSuite, Zip, Shareworks, Pigment).
  • Stand up a lean finance org for the fastest-growing data center hyperscaler.
  • Own the full stack from vendor invoice to cap table.
Role Scope
  • Run payroll across US entities and states: salaried, hourly, and everything a 24/7 multi-site workforce generates.
  • Own the payroll close: reconciliations, accruals, and the tie-out to the general ledger every cycle.
  • Handle registrations, filings, and notices across new states as sites come online.
  • Automate the inputs: time data, benefits, and equity events flowing in clean.

  • You've run multi-state payroll end to end at a growing company.
  • You've stood up payroll in new states, from registration through first filing.
  • Your reconciliations tie every cycle, and off-cycles don't rattle you.
  • You resolve agency notices to closed, not to filed-away.
  • You partner with People and Finance and keep confidences absolutely.
  • Bonus: Rippling or equivalent. Hourly and shift workforces. Equity payroll events. Payroll GL automation.
