Full Job Description
Manage our key payment partner relationships for big ticket/luxury purchases including but not limited to: growth initiatives, new product research, business case formulation and analysis, budgeting/performance metrics management, payment marketing strategy, campaign planning and execution, field strategy, and overall customer experience. Act as the banner Subject Matter Expert (SME) internally and externally on all payment related initiatives from contractual commitments to in-store and online implementations/experiences. Collaborate with Payment Providers and Cross-Functional teams in Marketing, Store Operations, Customer Connection, MP&I, Sourcing, Legal/Compliance, FP&A, Learning & Development and IT to deliver upon the individual brand goals and overall corporate goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Relationship Management - Point of contact for all payment-related initiatives internally and externally with payment providers. Manage multiple payment partner relationships in alignment with brand goals and while delivering a seamless and elevated/luxury experience across our suite of Payment Options: Primary Private Label, Secondary Private Label, Buy Now Pay Later, Leasing, Bankcard & Gift Card. Acts as the subject matter expert on credit/payment initiatives and to key cross-functional partners on project teams • Strategy - Subject matter expert on Signet's Payments Ecosystem focusing on generating ideas to drive growth and/or enhance the overall experience while also staying informed on emerging Payments/trends. Develop and test growth strategies/initiatives for our Payment Options and lead new product research and recommendations to deliver on Signet's, Jewelry Services, and Brand goals. Oversee the planning and execution of Payment-related field strategies including but limited to in-store systems, training, and contests. Review store/customer escalations and White Glove requests and develop enhancements to minimize these requests and improve the overall buying experience. Oversees policies and procedures updates based on compliance/regulatory changes and business needs (e.g. change in terms). Partners with Signet Compliance and Payment Providers as needed • Reporting & Analysis - Lead/oversee the creation of reporting providing the right level of visibility across all levels at Signet. Partner with internal and external teams to develop and track overall Payment performance and key initiative performance with the ability to provide reporting to stores and to Sr. Leadership. Monitor, interpret analyses and manage to performance standards/metrics/budget to inform go forward strategies. • Marketing & Compliance - Actively collaborate with our Brand Marketing partners to deliver upon a comprehensive and robust journey that actively engages our customers. Actively partner with internal and external marketing teams to deliver best-in-class marketing strategies and campaigns designed to acquire, retain, and grow our customer base. Work closely with Signet Compliance and Payment Partners Compliance teams to ensure all applicable laws and regulations are being met. • Project Management - Leader and/or point of contact for Payment-related projects from initiation to completion, coordination team, managing resources, and ensuring objectives are fully achieved. Manage all phases of a project across channels acting as the bridge between stakeholders and the project team. Oversee timelines, scope, budgets, and resources to ensure deliverables are successfully completed on time and on strategy.
