The Patriot Missile Integrated Product Team is seeking a Program Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for supporting the production planning and execution of the Missile product line while working as part of a team to optimize the schedule of Patriot Missile production for all awarded and proposed contracts. You will oversee both production and field return/repairs for scope that heavily overlaps with production content. You will manage all Missile demands in PRISM from Initial load to product completion/sale and will be responsible for generating and managing monthly workload metrics.

What You Will Do
  • Partner with cross functional teams to reduce end item delivery lead times and drive the on-time delivery of end items to our customers
  • Creation and Review of PRISM demand metrics and schedules required
  • Assist the team with the planning and break in of new products and enhancements to our systems
  • Partner with program leads to properly plan and submit MSALT demand load schedules for new contract awards and the acquire approvals load them into our MRP systems
  • What if scenario analysis due to proposed work and changes to existing baselines
  • Execution issue resolution and support to allocation decision making
  • Expected to support domestic travel as needed


Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • Experience with SAP/PRISM, Kinaxis manufacturing scheduling tools
  • Experience with program management tools, IPDS, and/or collaboration tools
  • Experience with EVMS and Risk & Opportunity Management


Qualifications We Prefer
  • Program Management certification, or equivalent
  • Display strong communication, influence management, collaboration, and presentation skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Familiarity with Foreign Military Sale (FMS) & Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) contracts
  • Certified BOE developer / approver
  • Operations and/or Global Supply Chain Experience

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
