What Impact Will I Make?

At Glaukos, you'll play a critical role in shaping how patients and customers engage with our innovative eye care solutions. As the Director, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing, you'll drive measurable business outcomes through sophisticated segmentation, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and performance optimization strategies that enhance customer experiences and accelerate growth.

In this highly visible leadership role, you'll partner across Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Commercial, Product, and Customer Success teams to transform data into actionable insights, build high-performing customer journeys, and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. Your work will directly influence engagement, conversion, retention, and lifetime value while advancing Glaukos' mission to improve patient outcomes through innovation.

What Will You Do?
  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing and CRM strategies that increase engagement, retention, conversion, customer lifetime value, and revenue impact.
  • Design audience segmentation and personalization frameworks using behavioral, transactional, and demographic data to create more relevant customer experiences.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, paid media, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Drive a test-and-learn culture through A/B testing, multivariate testing, incrementality measurement, and continuous optimization.
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks, dashboards, and attribution models that clearly demonstrate marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Partner with Analytics and Technology teams to build audience pipelines, enhance data quality, and scale marketing automation capabilities.
  • Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations and executive-level insights that influence decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations, data governance standards, and marketing attribution best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams while effectively managing agency and technology vendor partnerships.

How Will I Get There?
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, customer engagement, performance marketing, or related disciplines, with a proven track record of building and scaling programs that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze, or similar technologies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with SQL, business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar), marketing analytics, data warehouse environments, and performance reporting.
  • Deep experience in audience segmentation, personalization, customer journey orchestration, remarketing, re-engagement strategies, and campaign optimization across paid and owned channels.
  • Advanced knowledge of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, incrementality testing, statistical analysis, and marketing measurement frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of customer data management, attribution, identity resolution, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations, influence executive stakeholders, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience managing agency relationships, technology vendors, and external partners while successfully leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Additional experience with machine learning-driven segmentation, predictive modeling, propensity scoring, connected TV, programmatic advertising, email development/quality assurance, or customer-focused environments such as healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, SaaS, e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses is highly valued.
