Full Job Description
This is a remote position, employees must live in one of the following states: Washington, Alaska, Florida, Georgia, Montana. This position is open to current Seattle Children's employees that reside in Texas as well.

The Patient Access Contact Center Business Operations Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the programs, business systems, and shared functions that support the Patient Access Center. This role oversees operational programs such as workforce management, training and quality, business systems optimization, and process improvement initiatives that enhance access, team performance, and the patient/family experience.

The manager partners with internal teams, clinical and operational leaders, IT, and analytics to ensure that shared services programs operate effectively and align with organizational goals.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or job relevant field.
Five (5) years of relevant experience in patient access, healthcare operations, business systems management, project management, analytics, or a similar environment
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in management/supervisory role.

Required Credentials
N/A

Preferred
MHA, MBA or equivalent.
Experience in an academic healthcare setting or related field.
Experience in a contact center environement

Compensation Range
$107,431.00 - $161,147.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
