Job Details

The Patient Access and Affordability Operations Manager is responsible for the supervision of corporate programs. This includes maintaining the appropriate controls, procedures and documentation to ensure that programs onboarded and monitored in compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulations. This role will actively collaborate with compliance, technology and product teams ensuring adherence to compliance requirements, client issue resolution, and the management of overall operations.

Location: Remote, USA

Responsibilities:
  • People manager: Conducts interviews and hires associates.
  • Conducts both formal and informal feedback discussions with associates to include yearly performance reviews and regular one-on-one discussions.
  • Ensures programs are onboarded and modifications made according to guidelines by providing day-to-day guidance to team members, monitoring compliance to program policies and procedures and turn-around times, and ensuring adherence to quality expectations
  • Works closely with training & quality team to onboard and trains new team members and maintains ongoing training requirements/needs for the team.
  • Manages and performs regular internal reviews and audits of processes, data retention and system validations to ensure policies are properly enforced and documented.
  • In collaboration with the Quality Manager and data analytics team, develop and maintain effective and actionable system performance metrics and SOPs.
  • Analyzes quality and performance reports for trends, makes process improvements, provides coaching or re-training where needed.
  • Develops and monitors standard work processes and makes suggestions for modifications to increase and improves productivity, efficiency and accuracy for improving costs; implements changes as directed or needed.
  • Translates and oversees organizational strategies for assigned goals
  • Manages the resolution of client and team issues and ensures appropriate follow-up is done. Deliver routine report.
  • Analyzes quality, performance or other program reports for trends, makes process improvements, and provides coaching where needed.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally on projects/corporate initiatives, new implementations
  • Manages & administers program policies & procedures
  • Collaborates with Compliance team on program audits, addresses audits findings and implement corrective action
  • Accountable for team metrics and performance management
  • Execute on efficiencies and continuous quality improvement.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.


Education:

Requires broad training in fields such as financial/financial tech services, business or healthcare administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, social work or other vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or clinical studies such as nursing, pharmacy and other clinical roles. Normally requires a minimum of three (3) + years of progressively related responsibility. Previous experience managing a team for 1-2 years.

Salary Range*

$73,600 - 147,290

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
