The opportunity

Reporting to the Patent & Advanced Mechanics Manager, this role takes a leadership role in protecting and defending the company's intellectual property. The Patent Litigation & Regulatory Compliance Manager will lead patent litigation and patent prosecution efforts, conduct patent searches, evaluate infringement matters, and support patent applications with the U.S. Patent Office. After on-the-job training, this role will also participate in industry standards work and serve as a practical resource for regulatory interpretation for Product and R&D teams.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
