Are you an experienced Patent Agent or Associate looking to join a dynamic, world-class team? Greenberg Traurig is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Intellectual Property practice in our Salt Lake City office. What You'll Do

As a Patent Agent or Associate, in addition to preparing and prosecuting patent applications, you will work on inter-office teams to provide litigation support and develop strategic portfolio guidance.

  • Experience: At least three years of experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications.
  • Docket Management: Proven ability to effectively manage a complex patent docket.
  • Communication: Exceptional writing skills and strong interpersonal communication skills are a must. You are consistently proactive in keeping stakeholders informed about tasks and deadlines.
  • Team Player: A desire to collaborate with a talented team on cutting-edge intellectual property matters.
