What You'll Do- Manage the entire Parts Department and its day-to-day operations
- Lead the Parts team and provide clear direction, support, and accountability
- Oversee department responsibilities and ensure daily operations are handled effectively
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and well-managed department
- Take ownership of the overall performance and success of the Parts Department
