Full Job Description
The Regional Parts Manager is responsible for coordinating the growth of all parts and supplies for (the branches in COD for the Region specified. This person is accountable for sales growth, margins, assisting with inventory and product management and coordinating all aftermarket activities, between TSM's Branch personnel, Dealers/contractors and the local reps.

Position Responsibilities may include;
  • Call on HVAC Dealers and Contractors. Also Training them on GSD's aftermarket Product offering
  • Set strategic direction and management of execution of programs to Branch Managers and CSR's
  • Work with and train branch personnel in support of aftermarket business. This includes: TM's, BM, CSR's and ROM's
  • Responsible for through-the-shop and over-the-counter parts sales, cores, parts stocking, ordering, development of programs and implementation of corporate sponsored programs
  • Responsible for developing and implementing sales plans for the aftermarket business to ensure attainment of both sales and margins objectives
  • Work with local vendors and manufacturer's Representatives to provide support to branches and customer base
  • Participate in additional projects to support ongoing business needs

  • Manages projects and processes while working independently and with limited supervision
  • Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals

Competency:

Experience:
  • 5 -10+ years in HVAC industry

Education/Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required If experience is extensive-5+ years in sales and HVAC

People Management: No

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
  • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Must be able to travel multi-cities and states, including overnight travel - approximately 60 % - 70% of time.
  • Approximately 15% of the time

Reports To:
  • Manager, Regional Director, Product Marketing (SES)
