Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000 base plus a performance-based bonus
Job Description: The Parts Manager serves as a strategic leader overseeing multiple teams or shifts within the warehouse and distribution function. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence through supervisory leadership, process improvements, and strategic coordination with other business units. The Parts manager ensures optimal performance metrics, fosters professional growth among Team leaders, and upholds safety, quality, and service standards across all warehouse operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Direct all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics.
- Manage, mentor, and develop supervisory staff and their Teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, creating action plans to enhance productivity, accuracy, and safety.
- Partner with sales, purchasing, and supply chain to forecast needs, manage inventory accuracy, and optimize stock levels.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with carriers, 3PL providers, and vendors.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company operational standards.
- Oversee departmental budgets, capital expenditures, and operational reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth within the warehouse leadership team.
- Perform quoting and ordering direct from client requests
- Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:Work Environment
- While performing the duties of this job, the individual normally works in an office with controlled climate.
- The noise level in the office work environment is usually low to moderate.
- This individual will frequent the warehouse where conditions are controlled by the weather and will occasionally be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
- The noise level in the warehouse work environment is usually moderate.
- The individual may operate a forklift if certified.

Physical Demands
- The individual needs to frequently move about inside the warehouse to load, unload, stock and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- The individual needs to ascend/ descend a ladder to stock shelves and acquires product to fill orders.
- The individual frequently positions self to gather products from shelves that are positioned near ground level and overhead.
- They frequently operate a forklift, tow motor, pallet jack, cart and dolly to move products.
- They occasionally operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, fax machine, and computer printer.
- They must be able to exchange accurate information with customers and employees while interacting.
- The individual must regularly push, pull and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently push, pull and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally push, pull and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
Experience and Requirements: Required
- 5+ years of warehouse, logistics or distribution management experience.
- 3+ years of multi-team or multi-shift leadership experience in a high-volume environment.
- Proven track record in performance management, strategic planning, and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems, OSHA regulations, and warehouse equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record; forklift certification (or ability to certify within 30 days).
- Must be able to work overtime when needed and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work extended hours and travel occasionally as needed.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience with multi-site operations or large-scale distribution networks.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics and operational reporting tools.
