Your role as Partnerships Manager

The Partnerships Manager will manage and grow relationships with Dialogue's carrier and specialty partners, focusing on global partnerships. This role is key to deepening engagement, optimizing retention, and driving revenue growth.

Success in this role requires a sales-driven mindset, with the ability to identify high-value opportunities, influence key stakeholders, and drive revenue expansion. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a knack for SaaS idea building and selling, along with strong project management and implementation skills to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.

What you'll be doing

Manage & Grow Strategic Partnerships

  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of carrier and specialty partners
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing partner touchpoints to align on product roadmaps, pricing, and growth opportunities
  • Track and report on partnership health in Salesforce, proactively managing risks and optimizing sales opportunities

Drive Revenue Growth & Expansion

  • Identify and influence high-impact revenue opportunities within your partner portfolio
  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to deepen engagement and increase partner-driven revenue
  • Support business development and contract management to strengthen relationships

Lead Partner Strategy & Performance Reviews

  • Maintain and present quarterly Partner Strategy Reviews (PSRs) to leadership, ensuring alignment on performance and growth potential
  • Ensure all partner updates and key insights are documented in Notion and internal systems

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Work closely with Sales, Strategy, Product, and Operations teams to maximize partner value and execute strategic initiatives
  • Support special projects, such as data integrity initiatives, partner expansion, and RFP/RFI processes

Optimize Internal Processes & Reporting

  • Refine analytics tools, update Salesforce dashboards, and enhance reporting structures to improve visibility into partner performance
  • Drive operational improvements to streamline partner management and support scalability


We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or a related field
  • Experience managing global partnerships or working with international business partners is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Canadian or global group/employee benefits and wellbeing space is an asset (CEBS certification is a bonus)
  • Proven ability to manage and nurture long-term relationships with corporate partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and data analytics tools is an asset
  • A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and driving sales growth
