About the roleehouse is looking for a dynamic
Partnerships Manager to bridge the gap between our agency and the technology ecosystem. This is an
outside-facing, relationship-based sales role designed for a strategic thinker who excels at business development and high-level relationship management.
As the primary link between ehouse and our technology partners, you will play a vital role in enhancing our service offerings and delivering innovative, high-value solutions to our clients.
What You'll DoSales & Growth Support- Proactively generate new sales opportunities and grow existing client accounts through strategic partner collaboration.
Pipeline Development- Build and maintain a robust pipeline via industry events, networking, and proactive outreach.
Strategic Partnership Management- Identify and evaluate new partners that align with ehouse goals and client needs.
- Regularly assess the partner portfolio, divesting from relationships that lack mutual growth or alignment.
Relationship & Integration Leadership- Act as the primary point of contact for tech partners, fostering education and collaboration.
- Collaborate with partners to integrate their solutions into our agency's core offerings.
Internal Enablement- Develop deep technical expertise in partner products to effectively represent them to internal teams.
- Provide training and resources to ensure internal teams can leverage partner tools in client engagements.
- Partner with client-facing teams to address specific client needs through tailored tech solutions.
Strategy & Analysis- Execute strategic partnership plans alongside internal stakeholders to drive agency growth.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance to optimize value for both the agency and our clients.
Continuous Learning- Commit to ongoing education regarding ehouse products, services, and the evolving partner landscape.
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6+ years in partnership management or business development, specifically within digital commerce, technology, or digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of the ecommerce space, including Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Bloomreach, Recharge, and relevant supporting technologies.
- Comfortable with technical product knowledge and working alongside Solutions Engineers.
- Proficient in HubSpot tracking and Crossbeam.
- Experience driving alignment across internal and external stakeholders within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
