Partnership Taxation Manager (Operating)
Hybrid
3 days in office, 2 days remote
Philadelphia, PA 19103

The Partnership Taxation Manager will lead complex partnership tax compliance and consulting engagements, focusing on partnership structuring, Subchapter K taxation, and IRC 704(b) capital account management.
This role requires strong technical expertise in partnership taxation, the ability to manage multiple client engagements, and leadership capabilities to mentor staff and drive business development initiatives. The ideal candidate comes from a Top 10 public accounting firm and demonstrates stable career progression with minimal job hopping.
Hybrid schedule requires a minimum of three days per week onsite in Philadelphia, PA.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Active CPA license (Required)
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience
  • Current or recent experience with a Top 10 accounting firm
  • Experience with partnership structuring
  • Strong understanding of Subchapter K partnership taxation
  • Proficiency in US GAAP and partnership/joint venture/non-corporate tax returns
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Willingness to work hybrid (3 days onsite weekly)
