The Opportunity

As a Partner Tax Preparation Advisor Associate, you will focus on providing personalized tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and privately-owned businesses. Within our Tax practice, you will help clients navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their tax positions, offering advice and guidance on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. This role is integral to delivering value and driving success for our clients.

As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute reliably to your team. You will adapt to working with diverse clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth. You are expected to take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team. Responsibilities

- Assisting in the preparation and review of tax returns for high-net-worth individuals and privately-owned businesses
- Supporting tax planning and compliance efforts by gathering and analyzing financial data

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance
- At least 1 years of experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $50,500 - $112,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
