This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting customers at scale, using technology to work smarter not harder, and helping partnerships grow while centering impact

You'll support hundreds of schools, which means proactive outreach, follow-up calls, and emails in a scaled way - as well as individual outreach. You'll be responsible for customer health goals and account renewals.

  • Proactively check in around usage patterns, and find opportunities to increase impact.
  • Respond to partner questions and needs with clarity, empathy, and follow-through.

Renewals
  • Own renewals for your book of accounts - track timelines and usage signals, surface at-risk partners early, and drive them to a renewal decision.
  • Identify schools who may be at risk and take steps to re-engage them.
  • Keep records, notes, and renewal status accurate and up to date.

Collaboration, Systems & Feedback
  • Contribute to shared resources, playbooks, and processes that improve partner success at scale.
  • Share insights with internal teams to help improve Diffit.

Who You Are:
  • Former classroom teacher - secondary preferred - who has differentiated instruction for diverse learners, including EL and SPED students.
  • Clear communicator: You can express yourself exceptionally well through verbal and written communication and you're a great listener.
  • Organized and reliable: You can manage a large volume of relationships and follow-ups while staying consistent and attentive to detail.
  • Persistent: You're diligent and tenacious, and you're comfortable putting in the steady, hands-on work needed to solve problems and achieve your goals.
  • Curious: You're eager to learn and ask questions so you can understand how things work and how to make them better.
  • Analytical: You like to analyze data, find patterns, and develop a plan of action.
  • Collaborative: You're eager to collaborate with and learn from others, share your ideas, and you welcome feedback.
  • Empathetic: You are skilled at connecting with and listening closely to teachers and administrators in order to learn how we can best serve them.

Preferred:
