Job DescriptionPartnerships are one of the most important growth drivers for FieldEdge and Service Autopilot. The Partner Marketing and Customer Growth Manager will transform strategic relationships into meaningful market impact through innovative co-marketing programs, industry engagement, customer advocacy, partner-driven demand generation, and customer growth initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, this individual will serve as the bridge between the Partnerships and Marketing organizations, collaborating closely with marketing leaders across the Field Services division to grow the partner ecosystem, strengthen customer engagement, and create new opportunities across both brands. The primary focus of the role is partner marketing and ecosystem development, with additional responsibility for select customer lifecycle programs that support adoption, advocacy, and long-term customer value.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Partner Marketing
- Lead marketing programs supporting Special Projects, Strategic Partners, Marketplace Partners, and other priority partnership initiatives.
- Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns, webinars, events, marketplace promotions, content, and launch programs with distributors, manufacturers, technology partners, associations, consultants, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and other stakeholders to increase partner-supported awareness, lead flow, and revenue opportunities.
- Develop partner enablement materials and measure partner marketing participation, campaign performance, and return on investment.
- Identify successful partner motions and build repeatable programs that can scale across the broader FieldEdge and Service Autopilot ecosystem.
Customer Growth & Advocacy
- Support select customer lifecycle initiatives, including onboarding, education, engagement, referrals, advocacy, and customer communications.
- Partner with Customer Success and Product Marketing to support product adoption, customer participation, and long-term value.
Campaigns, Events & Reporting
- Execute integrated campaigns supporting partner initiatives, product launches, industry events, webinars, and the Annual User Group Conference.
- Partner with Corporate Events Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders on the Annual User Group Conference agenda, presenter coordination, partner and customer programming, promotion, and attendee experience.
- Track campaign performance, share insights, and recommend improvements that strengthen partner engagement, demand creation, and program effectiveness.
- Deliver regular reporting on partner marketing contribution and business impact.
Success Measures (First 12 Months)
- Launch and scale partner marketing programs that increase engagement, awareness, and demand generation across the FieldEdge and Service Autopilot partner ecosystems.
- Establish repeatable partner marketing frameworks, campaign processes, launch playbooks, and co-marketing programs.
- Increase partner participation in campaigns, events, content, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Strengthen strategic relationships through consistent, high-impact marketing support.
- Expand partner-supported lead flow, pipeline contribution, market awareness, and ecosystem influence.
- Successfully support the Annual User Group Conference agenda and related partner and customer programming.
- Deliver executive-level reporting that clearly demonstrates the business impact of partner marketing initiatives.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, partner marketing, channel marketing, alliance marketing, ecosystem marketing, or a related marketing discipline.
- Proven experience developing and executing cross-functional marketing campaigns and partner initiatives.
- Strong project management, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
Preferred
- Experience in home services, the skilled trades, field service management, small business technology, or similar vertical.
- Experience growing and scaling a partner program or partner marketing function within a software or SaaS company serving small businesses or home service organizations.
- Experience working across an expanded ecosystem that may include technology partners, distributors, manufacturers, associations, consultants, agencies, marketplaces, or other strategic alliances.
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle, customer advocacy, referral, and community programs.
