The Opportunity
The Partner Marketing team at Euna Solutions is the connective tissue between our partner/alliances channel and the marketing programs that drive partner-led pipeline across our full solution suite. As Partner Marketing Manager, you will own day-to-day execution across content, events, digital, and enablement for priority ERP and consultant partners, including Workday, SAP, and Infor, who guide public sector customers through enterprise software decisions. If you want a role where you are the person who makes partner programs happen, this is it.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain partner-specific sales enablement assets (one-pagers, battlecards, pitch decks) tailored to each partner's audience and positioning.
- Execute joint marketing programs with priority ERP and consultant partners, including co-branded content, campaigns, events, and enablement materials.
- Own digital marketing execution for partner programs: email and outreach campaigns, collateral creation, co-hosted webinars, joint conference presence, and field events.
- Serve as the day-to-day marketing contact between the Partner/Alliances team and Marketing, translating partner requests into actionable work items routed through the right channels.
- Coordinate with Brand/Communications, Events, and Demand Generation to keep partner program deliverables on track.
- Compile and maintain data on partner marketing activity and contribute to reporting on program performance and pipeline influence.
What You Bring
- You have 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience with exposure to partner/channel, product, or field marketing.
- You are a true generalist: comfortable writing copy, coordinating an event, briefing a designer, and executing a campaign plan inside the same week.
- You have experience translating product or solution complexity into partner- and customer-facing messaging.
- You are organized and reliable, able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with clear priorities and regular check-ins.
- You are based in or willing to work from Toronto, Canada.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Familiarity with ERP ecosystems such as Workday, SAP, Infor, Unit4, or Oracle, whether from a prior marketing, sales, or implementation context.
- Working knowledge of channel commercial structures including deal registration, referral and reseller incentives, and co-op or MDF funds.
- Experience in public sector (SLED) or GovTech marketing.
