A day in the life:The Partner Manager owns and grows Power Digital's relationships with executives, SMB consulting firms, and agencies across the West Coast, activating our referral partner playbook to consistently source new pipeline and revenue.
In this role, you will onboard and activate partners in your book, build the kind of trust that makes Power Digital a partner's first call, and turn that trust into partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, client service, and product to keep partners enabled and referrals flowing, and you'll report directly to the VP of Partnerships.
Responsibilities:Relationship Management & Partner Enablement- Manage a portfolio of executive partners (founders/ fractional CMOs/ Industry leaders) as their primary day-to-day point of contact, meeting with them regularly to build trust, understand their goals, and identify ways to accelerate shared revenue.
- Run Power Digital's referral partner playbook with each partner - equipping them with the positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation to confidently refer business - and proactively monitor partner sentiment and engagement to protect the relationship and referral flow.
Pipeline & Revenue- Support partners in pipeline generation and deal execution, owning partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets.
- Work closely with sales to keep rules of engagement clean and ensure a smooth handoff on partner-sourced and influenced opportunities.
- Report on referral partner pipeline, conversion, and performance metrics on a regular cadence, flagging risks and opportunities to the VP of Partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Co-Marketing- Partner with partner marketing on thought leadership and field events that enable partners.
- Collaborate with client service to understand the sentiment and performance of referred clients, and close the loop with partners on outcomes.
- Serve as the voice of the partner internally, surfacing feedback and market intelligence to product, sales, and marketing.
Role Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or partnerships at an agency or tech company.
- Experience managing a pipeline or shared pipeline in partnership with a sales team.
- Experience working with professional services firms, consulting firms, agencies, and/or fractional CMOs/executives.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to run multiple partner engagements in parallel, across different stages, without dropping balls.
- Experience with slack, claude, salesforce (preferred)
- Based on the West Coast (LA or San Diego preferred), with the ability to travel up to 25%.
