  • Translate signed deal terms into actionable internal workflows.
  • Document and track progress for active deals and partnership initiatives.

About the Role

Suno's ability to grow and develop the value of its platform depends on the strength of its suite of features and the health of its partnerships with the music industry. The Partner Manager, Music Business Development role will serve as the primary POC for partner inquiries related to deal administration matters. This is a new role that will work closely with Legal and Product teams to address partner questions and monitor progress on internal efforts required by our deals. You will create the frameworks, help forge the partnerships, and establish the practices that allow Suno to make a meaningful and lasting impact with our label and publishing partners. This role will report to Suno's Head of Music Business Development.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries across the deal lifecycle, from early conversations through post-signing, handling questions on product features, reporting, and trends.
  • Triage and resolve day-to-day partner issues by coordinating with Legal, Product, and other internal teams to surface issues early and keep partner relationships on track.
  • Represent Suno to external partners through engagement such as quarterly business reviews, educational sessions, and other types of engagements.
  • Conduct first-pass research on inbound partnership opportunities, assessing scope of rights and fit with our product roadmap, while acting as an initial point-person for prospective partners.
  • Operationalize signed deals by translating commercial terms into internal workflows
  • Own documentation for active deals and partner initiatives, tracking progress over the life of each agreement.


What You'll Need
  • 5+ years experience managing cross-functional projects across business, product, legal, finance and/or technical teams, ideally including contract, partnership or deal administration.
  • Ability to translate legal and commercial contracts into clear, actionable requirements for internal XFN teams.
  • Working knowledge of music rights and the digital music ecosystem, including recorded vs. publishing rights, content delivery, metadata, and how rightsholders and DSPs interact.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with comfort tracking multiple agreements, obligations, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfort working with tracking, reporting, and collaboration tools (e.g., project management, CRM, or contract management systems) and organizing data to monitor obligations and quantify results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience acting as a primary point of contact across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Compensation:

The annual salary range for this role is: $150k - $200K (before equity)
