Full Job Description
Partner Manager

Intapp is looking for a partner manager to lead and grow our partner ecosystem, with a focus on client satisfaction, co-selling, co-marketing, and partner enablement. You'll work directly with partners and clients to make sure they get the right support, from the initial co-sell motion through the close of their service projects. This is a high-visibility role - partners are central to Intapp's strategy, and you'll work closely with partner executives, service leaders, marketing, and sales, operations, and product management stakeholders.

What you will do:

As a partner manager, you can expect to:
  • Build close, mutually beneficial relationships across the partner ecosystem and approach every partner with a co-sell mindset, connecting sellers and internal teams to help close deals
  • Partner with our marketing team to keep partners engaged with Intapp and executing co-marketing initiatives
  • Own partner program metrics and MBOs, ensure compliance with certification programs, and drive the cross-functional programs that support partner success
  • Develop training, up-skilling, and incentive plans that help partners bring Intapp products and solutions to their clients, including strategies for partners who also deploy competing products
  • Research and recruit new partners in growth areas of the business, such as accounting and consulting, while ensuring partners follow Intapp's deployment methodology and clients stay satisfied

What you will need:

Intapp is looking for intellectually curious, self-motivated professionals who like to get hands-on to contribute to the overall success of the business and their team. To apply for this partner manager role, you will ideally have substantial experience managing a partner ecosystem in an enterprise software company, with accountability for both strategic services and license sales growth and client services delivery. You know how to build a partnership strategy across sales, product, and internal stakeholders, and you bring a track record of strategic selling and managing a portfolio of clients and projects. Strong communication skills, internal networking ability, and comfort in a fast-paced environment round out your profile.
  • Bachelor's degree in management information systems, business administration, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven ability to advance conceptual ideas and engage multiple internal and client stakeholders through to decision points
  • Strong internal networking skills, with experience removing barriers between teams so they can reach their objectives
  • Skilled in negotiating, influencing, and resolving conflict
  • Resourceful, results-oriented, and a proven team player

What you will gain at Intapp:

At Intapp, you'll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients. You'll be part of a growing public company, with a modern work environment that's connected yet flexible and where your professional growth and well-being are top priorities. We'll collaborate and grow together, supporting each other in a positive, open atmosphere that fosters creativity, innovation, and teamwork.

Here, you will have the opportunity to:

We believe in giving back and supporting our communities with paid volunteer time off and a donation matching program for the causes you care about.
