Full Job Description
The Costco Anywhere Visa Card is one of the industry's largest credit card programs. This Partner Management Lead Officer role on the Costco Product team supports the program's growth strategies and contributes to its overall success. This team member will assist with the development and execution of acquisition strategies for both the Consumer and Small Business portfolios. Key activities include supporting the relationship with Costco to help design and launch acquisition campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams on growth projects, and helping to monitor progress against financial targets. The role requires a proactive individual with a strong analytical mindset who can work effectively with stakeholders and assist in translating program insights into actionable recommendations that help deliver on program goals and support the partner relationship.

Responsibilities:
  • Serves as a key liaison with the Partner, supporting profitable portfolio growth, ensuring delivery of marketing and financial/business plans, and strengthening the client relationship
  • Drives new account acquisition in partnership with Marketing and cross-functional teams
  • Partners with Marketing to execute strategy across all channels, including pre-selected direct mail, Costco channel credit integration, Citi.com, email, paid media, and in-store offers
  • Identifies funnel optimization opportunities through competitor analysis and supports the Product Owner in developing new acquisition capabilities (e.g., requirement gathering, collateral routing)
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams on strategy coordination, opportunity sizing, partner approvals, and sharing campaign results
  • Analyzes program results to improve performance and profitability
  • Manages the project tracker, including establishing milestones, monitoring progress, and escalating delays
  • Documents processes related to product support (develops and maintains desktop procedures/manuals)
  • Builds and maintains positive business relationships, and consistently delivers quality client interaction
  • Leverages tools like AI to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance
  • Appropriately assesses risk in all business decisions, upholding the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, exercising sound ethical judgment, and escalating/managing/reporting control issues with transparency


Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Finance. Must have experience in marketing, product or project management and client/relationship management experience.
  • MBA desirable. Private label credit or bankcard industry experience preferred.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • High-energy, self-motivated individual with the ability to drive results with a sense of urgency, ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to promote teamwork and collaboration at all levels of the organization.
  • Forward thinker with the flexibility to adapt to and drive change in a dynamic business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
