Qualifications

• 10+ years of specialized Labor & Employment law experience, preferably at an Am Law or reputable boutique firm.
• Strong litigation, counseling, and negotiation skills across state and federal matters.
• Portable book of business ($500K+ preferred) demonstrating client relationship growth and maintenance.
• Effective communicator with commercial awareness and a problem-solving approach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative focus on cross-practice initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the firm's Labor & Employment practice in counseling, litigation, and compliance.
• Advise mid-sized to emerging-growth businesses, executives, and investors on employment strategies, investigations, and risk mitigation.
• Manage various legal matters including discrimination, wage issues, and internal investigations.
• Collaborate with other practice areas (Corporate, M&A, Litigation) to create integrated client solutions.
• Contribute to thought leadership and mentor junior attorneys while supporting practice development.
