Job Description

We are inviting applications for the role of Partner - Industry Advisory

The ERP Practice Leader will be responsible for defining scaling and operationalizing Genpacts Service Linealigned ERP Solutions Practice across SAP Oracle Workday and Microsoft Dynamics platforms. The role combines deep ERP domain expertise strong transformation leadership and the ability to build next-generation platform-led enterprise solutions leveraging AI and automation to drive intelligent data-driven business outcomes. The candidate will partner closely with Sales GTM and Delivery organizations as well as directly engage with client stakeholders to develop differentiated offerings support pre-sales cycles and enable the delivery of complex ERP-led client transformations.
Responsibilities:
- Offering & Solution Development
- Build ERP-based domain-specific enterprise solutions aligned with Genpacts strategic priorities
- Define standards architectures and best practices ensuring scalability security and compliance across ERP platforms
- Industrialize successful transformation programs into robust enterprise-grade offerings that can be deployed at scale
- Integrate AI automation and analytics capabilities into ERP solutions to enable intelligent workflows predictive insights and improved decision-making
- ERP Transformation & Solution Leadership
- Lead and guide ERP Solution Architects to drive ERP-led enterprise transformations across industry verticals
- Define transformation roadmaps business cases and solution blueprints aligned to client outcomes
- Drive standardization of implementation approaches governance models and delivery frameworks across ERP programs
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled use cases within ERP programs including intelligent automation predictive analytics and process optimization
- Innovation & Thought Leadership
- Drive innovation across ERP platforms by identifying emerging trends new technologies and transformation opportunities
- Drive innovation by embedding AI Gen AI and automation into ERP-led transformations identifying high-impact use cases across finance supply chain and HR
- Develop forward-looking platform-led solutions and accelerators that differentiate Genpact in the market
- Represent the ERP Practice in client forums industry events and strategic discussions to strengthen market positioning
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners (SAP Oracle Workday Microsoft) to co-create solutions and strengthen strategic alliances
- Presales Client & Business Enablement
- Shape ERP-led offerings solution narratives commercial constructs and GTM strategies including AI-enabled transformation value propositions
- Support pre-sales cycles through solution architecture execution models client workshops and proposal development
- Engage directly with client leadership to advise on ERP transformation strategies including cloud migration platform consolidation operating models and governance frameworks
- Enable Sales (Enterprise Sales) with practice-led thought leadership
- Delivery & Practice Governance
- Partner closely with Delivery leaders to ensure complex ERP engagements are delivered with high quality and predictable outcomes
- Provide solution governance throughout the project lifecycle including design architecture validation and industrialization
- Support Delivery in mining existing accounts and enabling expansion opportunities

210,000 to 300,000 USD
