Position Summary:

As a Partner Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of strategic sales and channel development. You'll identify and engage new partner opportunities, manage full-cycle sales, and help shape the future of healthcare tech distribution. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to leadership in channel sales.

This is a fully onsite role based in our Naperville, IL office, and offers a clear path to channel sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Target healthcare prospects through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Prospect Qualification: Conduct high-volume outreach to uncover needs and communicate solution value.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and nurture relationships through the full sales cycle.
  • Solution Selling: Deliver tailored demos that align with client compliance goals.
  • Deal Closing: Present compelling solutions and win new business.
  • CRM Tracking: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, HubSpot, and outreach tools.
  • Partner Engagement: Collaborate with channel partners to source deals, educate on MedPro offerings, and provide regular updates.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in full-cycle sales, business development, or channel sales-preferably in healthcare IT, SaaS, or compliance.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple deals with precision and follow-through.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Growth Mindset: Ambition to grow into a senior channel sales role within 12-18 months.
  • Bonus: Experience working with partners or in channel development is a plus.


Compensation & Benefits:
  • Earning Potential: Base salary + uncapped commissions. OTE: $75,000-$100,000+
