TON MANDAT

Tu seras le copilote stratégique et d'affaires de tes clients. En gérant des portefeuilles de 2 à 5M$, tu développeras des plans d'affaires conjoints, anticiperas leurs besoins, créeras des relations de confiance et identifieras les opportunités de croissance. Tu seras le gardien du modèle économique, le porte-parole de l'excellence et celui ou celle qui aligne tous les experts autour d'une mission commune-transformant la complexité en stratégies claires et mesurables.

AU QUOTIDIEN, TU :
  • Établiras un partenariat de confiance avec tes clients, fondé sur la compréhension de leur business et de leurs ambitions ;
  • Développeras annuellement un plan d'affaires conjoint basé sur les objectifs du client ;
  • Anticiperas, guideras et challengeras les décisions du client pour générer un impact mesurable et durable pour leurs affaires ;
  • Seras un relais d'affaires stratégique pour les enjeux clés et les discussions à haut niveau avec le client ;
  • Feras rayonner le succès de l'agence et du client dans l'industrie ;
  • Piloteras le cadre d'affaires et valoriseras l'agence (ententes, SOW, staffing et rentabilité globale du compte) ;
  • Identifieras et activeras les leviers de croissance organique, de performance et d'efficacité opérationnelle ;
  • Contribueras aux pitchs défensifs en lien avec ton portefeuille client ;

ON VEUT TE CONNAITRE SI TU AS :
  • 15 à 20 années d'expérience en média ;

YOUR MANDATE

You'll be your clients' strategic and business co-pilot. By managing portfolios ranging from $2M to $5M, you'll develop joint business plans, anticipate their needs, build trusting relationships, and identify growth opportunities. You'll be the guardian of the business model, the champion of excellence, and the one who aligns all experts around a common mission-transforming complexity into clear, measurable strategies.

ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS, YOU WILL:
  • Build a partnership of trust with your clients based on an understanding of their business and ambitions.
  • Develop a joint annual business plan based on the client's objectives.
  • Anticipate, guide and challenge the client's decisions to generate a measurable, sustainable impact on their business.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison for key issues and high-level discussions with the client.
  • Showcase the agency's and client's success within the industry.
  • Manage the business framework and maximise the agency's value (agreements, statements of work, staffing and overall account profitability).
  • Identify and activate drivers of organic growth, performance and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to defensive pitches related to your client portfolio.
  • Foster a client-centric mindset within your team while maintaining a relentless focus on product quality.
  • Lead the overall account vision and ensure strategic alignment across media, data, strategy and creative.
  • Ensure excellence in media products and services at every stage of the client journey.
  • Measure, demonstrate and promote performance.
  • Act as a facilitator to connect expertise, teams and partners, and to foster co-creation.


WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE:
  • 15 to 20 years of experience in the media industry
  • Experience of managing budgets of between $2 and $5 million
  • Business acumen
