Parent Partnership Coordinator (BCBA) - Hybrid

Company: SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company
Pay: $85,000 - $90,000 per year

Hiring in the following locations:

Lansing | Okemos | Mason | Charlotte | Eaton Rapids

What You\'ll Do:
  • Carry a caseload of 25 billable hours/week, delivering NDBI-based services across home, school, and community settings (caseload expectations ease as your partnership work ramps up over your first ~6 months)
  • Coach parents and caregivers as genuine collaborators - not just \"trainers\" being handed instructions
  • Design and lead parent training and support groups at our Hub
  • Represent SenseSational in the community: build relationships with pediatricians, schools, early intervention programs, and other referral partners
  • Help shape our outward-facing marketing around parent partnership and family-centered care
  • Gather parent feedback to continuously improve our coaching approach

You\'re a Great Fit If You Have:
  • Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Required: Michigan state licensure
  • Required: Master\'s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • A natural ability to build trust and rapport - with families and with outside organizations
  • Comfort being a visible, relationship-driven presence in the community, not just in session

Compensation: $85,000-$90,000/year (BCBA). BCaBA positions available in accordance with state guidelines; compensation differs from BCBA rates.
