Full Job Description

Small law firm focused on family law matters is seeking an experienced paralegal. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of family law experience and a demonstrated ability to manage a caseload of between 30-40.

References and a working interview will be required. Applicants without prior experience will be disqualified.

Basic duties include: drafting of petitions, propounding and reviewing discovery, preparing cases for trial and managing client files.

This is an in- person full time position.
