Full Job Description
An established, award-winning midsize law firm with a global client base is seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal to support its Global Mobility team on a temp-to-perm basis. This opportunity is driven by increased caseload demands, with potential for permanent placement after approximately six months. The firm is known for delivering high-quality legal services with a focus on integrity, efficiency, and client success across multiple offices nationwide. This role offers exposure to a fast-paced, high-volume immigration practice supporting diverse corporate clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and prepare a high volume of employment-based immigration petitions, including H-1B, L-1, TN, and E-2 visa cases
  • Support PERM labor certification processes and assist with I-140 petitions across EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories
  • Coordinate with attorneys and clients to gather required documentation and ensure timely case filing
  • Track case progress, maintain accurate records, and manage deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide status updates with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Stay current with evolving immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes
