Family Law Paralegal (High-Level Case Management Role)

This Is Not a Basic Support Role - It's a High-Level Case Management Role

EXPERIENCED Family Law Paralegal to work on site in Miami Lakes

Costa & Associates is a boutique, growing law firm in Miami Lakes seeking a high-level family law paralegal who can independently manage the day-to-day progression of cases from start to finish under attorney supervision. The firm is focused on family law and transactional real estate matters only. We are building a team to grow with us and create a long-term working relationship.

This role is best suited for someone who:
  • Has significant experience handling Florida family law matters such as divorces, paternity, child support, parenting plans, and more
  • Can proactively move family law cases forward without constant direction
  • Takes pride in precision, organization, and follow-through
  • Understands how to support attorneys by keeping cases fully prepared and on track
  • Cares about providing clients with excellent service
  • Likes assisting in the roadmap of what is often chaotic to steady and peaceful for clients

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $70,000 - $99,000 yearly (based on experience and capability)
  • Performance Bonuses: Based on effectiveness, organization, and overall contribution
  • Paid Time Off: After 120 days
  • 8 paid firm holidays
  • 8 paid vacation days annually, with partial availability during the first year & an additional day added yearly thereafter
