Physician - Sonoma County

Providence Medical Group in conjunction with Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is seeking an inpatient Palliative Care Physician to join their team based in Santa Rosa, California. This is a tenured position within a passionate, and collaborative group that works closely together. The role in this consultative team involves providing specialist palliative care, in collaboration with hospitalists, intensivists and specialty services, for patient care in the acute setting at Santa Rosa Memorial, Petaluma Valley and Healdsburg Hospital. The regional team, which includes Napa, Sonoma, and Eureka, offers extensive support. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with a passion for the work of Palliative Care. In addition, experience working with interdisciplinary teams, comfortable with independent practice, and an excellent communicator.   • Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time
  • Compensation is between $278,125 - $303,125

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
