board-certified Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary team in North Texas.
To support the continued growth and strategic staffing plans we are seeking to recruit a dedicated, patient-focused physician to join our growing team. This exceptional opportunity is well-suited Nurse Practitioner who thrives in a collaborative medical group environment and is committed to delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities:- Provide inpatient only palliative care consultations for hospitalized patients with serious or life-limiting illnesses
- Lead and participate in family meetings and goals-of-care discussions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including nursing, social work, chaplaincy, and case management
- Support transitions of care, including coordination with hospice when appropriate
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development
Qualifications:- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Texas medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Texas DEA
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care
