Infosys is seeking a Palantir Lead Developerwith strong DW/BI background. In this role, you will provide technical guidance to teams; anchor Proof of Concept developments and support opportunity identification and pursuit processes and evangelize Infosys brand. Required Qualifications:- Candidate can be located anywhere in US.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Experience of working in Palantir Platform (Foundry)
- Experience of Foundry Ontology
- In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to "U.S. persons" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
Preferred Qualifications: - Design and develop Foundry-native data pipelines across ingestion, transformation, ontology modeling, and dataset materialization layers.
- Build and maintain modular pipeline components (Code Repos, Transforms, Ontology objects) aligned to Foundry best practices.
- Ensure data quality, lineage, and auditability through built-in validation frameworks and dataset ownership.
- Support production operations including pipeline reruns, dependency management, and failure recovery within Foundry.
- Integrate multi-source data (SAP, Snowflake, MES, PLM) into a unified ontology-driven data model.
- Collaborate with application and operations teams to operationalize datasets for business consumption.
- Good functional knowledge on the Manufacturing process
- Experience of BI Technologies like ADF, PowerBI, SQL etc
- Experience with Pyspark.
- Experience of Customer Interactions, requirement gathering, managing stakeholde
- Knowledge of Azure Devops, Quality process
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Experience working in a Global Delivery environment, client stakeholders spread across the globe to accomplish project goals
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements. Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ: $73,000 to $102,200
In Washington, DC: $66,100 to $100,200
