Responsibilities- Lead strategy and overseas the Search Team. Act as the strategic and operational point of contact and makes sure the team delivers flawlessly
- Collaborate with the internal team on comprehensive media planning and measurement
- Facilitate internal training programs on the paid search landscape and fosters standard process & quality control across clients
- Manage team of Search Coordinators, Search Managers and Senior Search Managers including ongoing feedback on career development
- Has mastered the art of managing a budget across multiple partners using quantitative analysis and return on investment to determine optimal share
- Has successfully demonstrated the ability to socialize work internally, and has presented confidently in front of mid- to senior-level clients
Qualifications- Demonstrates a "big picture" understanding of clients' marketing strategy
- 3-5+ years of search experience required with 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Conversant with all paid search terminology and key tools (e.g. SA360, AdWords, Microsoft Ads etc.).
- Someone willing to play a key role in the professional development of the staff and continuously evolves processes

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $102,700.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
